On the evening of Wednesday December 22, 2021, we will be performing maintenance on the C15 cluster as part of our ongoing remediation work related to the vulnerabilities in log4j. This maintenance was originally scheduled for Monday December 20th, 2021.
During the window, we expect disruption to some features within the web application itself, such as list size rendering, segmentation and analytics.
There is a possibility of some errors on API endpoints, such as workflow triggers, user updates and event ingestion. There should be no impact to GDPR-related API calls.
Workflow processing and scheduled message sends will be delayed but will not be dropped. They will resume following the window.
Link redirection will not be impacted.
If you received a notification that led you to this page, this downtime notification is relevant to you. To verify which cluster you belong to, click the gear icon in the Iterable app, select "Project Settings" and look for "Cluster ID" in the top left.
Due to the urgent nature of these remediations, the normal 14-day maintenance window notification was not possible.
