Our engineering team identified the underlying cause and was able to quickly implement a fix. As of 5:36 PM PDT reports confirmed the app was again accessible. API and webhook error rates have also dropped. We will continue monitoring to make sure there are no further issues. Next update at 6:15 pm PDT

We are currently investigating reports that customers are unable to access our web app app.iterable.com along with an increase in webhook & API errors. Next update will be at 6:00 pm PDT
