We have continued to monitor the incident since the fix was deployed and have encountered no further issues with either 5XX API errors or web app functionality. Our engineering team has implemented a fix and the 5XX API errors are no longer occurring. With this fix customers should also no longer be experiencing UI degradation in the Web app. We will continue to monitor to make sure that there are no further issues.

Our engineering team is continuing work on mitigating the 5XX API errors customers are experiencing while still investigating the root cause. A subset of customers may also be experiencing web app degradation when accessing certain pages in the Iterable UI. Next Update at 1 PM PST.
