As of approximately 2:09 PM PST our engineering team was able to identify the underlying issue and take action to mitigate the errors. We will continue to monitor and make sure no further errors occur.

We are investigating reports of an increase in 5xx errors across all API endpoints. Next update at 3 pm PST or sooner.
