Our engineering team has identified the likely root cause for some emails being sent with no content. A fix has been deployed, and we have tested it with known problem emails, all of which are now delivering correctly. Please let us know if you see any further issues with blank emails, by emailing support@iterable.com

We have had reports from a very small number of customers that email campaigns have been going out with blank content. The emails do include tracking pixels. Our on-call team is working on identifying a root cause. Next update by 12pm Pacific Time.
