As of 3:45 pm PDT the issue with slow sends from SES has been resolved. We continued to monitor and have detected no further issues. Please reach out to your CSM or Support for further questions.

We've identified and mitigated the cause of the slowdown in email sends via SES, and email sending has now returned to normal for all ESPs. We'll continue to monitor the situation.

Some customers who utilize Amazon SES as their email sender are reporting sporadic delays in sending proofs and emails. We've determined that emails are still going out. Our engineering team is following up with the provider and continuing to investigate root cause. Next update by 1:30pm Pacific Time.
