Incident Report for Iterable

We have had no further issues since we moved to monitoring at 11:15am. In total, the web application was unavailable for twelve minutes, from 11:00am-11:12am.

We have determined that the root cause of the issue was an error during a database migration that was part of a routine code deployment of front-end code. We have identified additional processes to implement to ensure this does not occur again.

Monitoring
The web application is back up, and we are monitoring to ensure that there are no further interruptions. Initial analysis indicates that API, campaigns and workflows were unaffected, and that the impact was limited to accessing the UI. We'll update again by 1:15pm with any new information from our investigation into root cause.

The Iterable application is currently not reachable. Our engineers are working on resolving it right now. Next update by 11:15am Pacific Time.
