Update
The following is an update to the previously-announced scheduled maintenance on the Iterable platform on Thursday November 4th. The maintenance window time period has been adjusted slightly, and will now start two hours later than originally planned, running from 11pm-2am Pacific Time.
As part of ongoing work to scale our infrastructure to continually meet the needs of our customers, our engineering team will be carrying out some routine database maintenance.
Possible impact:
- This work may cause brief periods of downtime in both the web app and the API
- There may be short periods during which message sends, workflows and webhooks are paused or delayed
- Links will be unaffected and will operate as normal
We recommend that users do not initiate any new workflows or make changes to existing workflows during this window.
Further notifications will be sent out prior to the start of the maintenance, and upon completion.
